Crest Pro-Health for Me Launch with Alyson Stoner

Tweens need TLC. Both emotionally and physically. On the verge of adulthood, they want to fling off childlike habits and products, yet they still need parental intervention and care. Hence the butting of heads, rolling of eyes and general angst accompanied by these years. Crest and Oral-B are trying to help with the drama. The launch of Pro Health For Me aims to provide tweens with trendy and effective oral health care products.

Lunch at the Russian Tea Room with teen sensation Alyson Stoner (Camp Rock 2 and Step Up 3D) was the site of the press event. The incredibly disciplined and poised Alyson was on hand to help talk about tween dental needs. What a lovely woman and a great face for the brand. But in addition to Alyson's pretty face, Crest and Oral-B had research on their side.

Studies show 80% of kids don't floss. Oral-B thinks this might not be the case with well-packaged floss sticks. Plus, Crest and Oral-B designed toothbrushes specifically for the tween mouth--not too big, not too small. But the big sensation is the flavored toothpaste and mouthwash. Unlike the adult versions, this new minty flavor is subtle--but it's still sparkly and cool-looking. And the packaging is awesome--think mtv graffiti with a whimsical touch. Momtrends tested and highly approved.
