I loved the recipe section that is filled with delicious options for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. As a big fan of Breakfast food, I gravitated towards this section and its yummy recipes like Egg Benedict Florentine, Granola with Pecans, Pumpkin Seeds and Dried Mango, Asparagus and Mushroom and Tomato Frittata. I made the Oat and Honey Pancakes with Strawberry Syrup with my daughter and I loved the combination of oatmeal, whole-wheat flour and fresh strawberry syrup. I was also inspired by the Smoothies - Berry-Kale Smoothie and a Peanut Butter Banana Blast - and the Soups and Salads section that included a French Onion Soup, Butternut Squash Soup and a Black Bean Avocado, Brown Rice and Chicken Wrap. The book also contains some carb-friendly desserts that are indulgent but also healthy like Icy, Refreshing Granitas, Pavolva with Fresh Strawberries and Oatmeal-Date Cookies.
