Bento lunches are ALL the rage--for both kids and grown-ups. This back to school season, I'm not only packing my girls lunches, I'm packing up my own snacks to take with me on the go. Good things come in small packages.

Just in time for the Back to School season, and the 100+ lunches I have to pack, Weight Watchers Sweet Baked Goods is coming to the rescue of busy moms! This fall, I'm craving the Peanut Butter Brownie Bliss™ flavor it's so savory and satisfying.

Packing lunch for my kids helps me control the amount of sugar they eat and to make sure they are getting enough servings of fruit and vegetables. The same rules apply for me. I want a treat, but it's got to be a snack that's both yummy and under 100 calories. Each Peanut Butter Brownie Bliss™ is just 90 calories and a PointsPlus® value of 2.

For me, bringing my lunch means I can make good choices. When I skip meals, I end up REALLY hungry at the end of the day. If I skip lunch, at 4pm I nosh on anything I see! Packing up my meals insures I eat smarter, control portions and stave off hunger that causes me to nibble on the wrong things.

Tips for packing better lunches:
Think beyond bread. Look for adorable tiny containers. Sliced meat and cheese can be paired with crudité like celery, apples, and carrots.
Have the right containers on hand. Look for containers with many small compartments. This will keep your dry goods dry and your veggies crisp.
Prep the night before. When I'm prepping vegetables for dinner, I clean and slice extra for lunches the next day. This way I only have to mess up the kitchen once.
Look for portion controlled single serving items. I love mini hummus packs or tiny tuna containers.
Don't forget dessert. The “just-right-sized” Weight Watchers Sweet Baked Goods are just the thing to pack to give your lunch some flair and flavor. They are delicious and satisfying way to end a meal. They are delicious and satisfying way to end a meal.
