Just like her mama, my lil' lady bean loves her accessories. Ok, she's not yet one and might not be as into wearing accessories quite as much as I love putting them on her, but I have no doubt she'll get there!
I've been outfitting her with headbands galore since the first day she came home from the hospital, so she's more than used to them. I'm a sucker for pretty bows, so I was elated when Republic of Pigtails sent me a couple to try out. I particularly love clips that I can add to headbands or to hair...which I'll do when my daughter grows some. Haha! And her little bow went perfectly with her Jaxxwear romper. This super soft Pima cotton outfit has quickly become one of my favorites. It's been washed several times and looks brand new. Like most mamas, I'm all about durability.
Ok, let's get back to that hair I was talking about...When she gets it, I'll be very careful with the products I use on her. Something like Tangled Tantrum's paraban and alcohol free products will definitely fit the bill. I love that they're made on the USA!
While I plan on protecting her from harsh chemicals, I also plan on protecting her from the sun's wicked rays and a hat is a most necessary part of any baby's wardrobe...wouldn't you agree? This Catimini cutie would work for a boy or a girl in my book.
As much as I love hair accessories, I love handbags just as much...if not more. And I have to admit that I'm kind of jealous of my daughter's Poochie & Co. bag. Isn't it simply adorable? I'll probably wait a couple of years to give it to her, but I can SO see her sportin' her Dalmation all over town. I totally get why little Oscar nominee Quvenzhané Wallis rocked her Poochie & Co. bag all award season long!
When we're talking accessories, we can't forget jewelry! My daughter is like a magpie with my jewelry collection, so I know that she'll appreciate some pretty trinkets of her own someday. I'm coveting several pieces from the Orianne Collins Kids Collection. They're sure to appeal to all your little sparkle lovers!
And last, but not least...we have undergarments. Every kiddo just wants to be comfortable and Lucky & Me makes the softest, cutest underwear around. Little ones deserve to have something soft against their delicate skin. My little guy didn't want to take his off. Just sayin'. And if you would like to pick up something from Lucky & Me for your kiddos, use Promo code "momtrends" for 15% off! This offer is valid until 6/30/13.
