Summer is (un)officially here! We've updated our closets, swapped out our beloved red wine for rosé, and added a higher SPF to our daily routine. Now it's time to have a little fun with our beauty regimen.

I like to lighten the load in the summer months, and go with a natural look. (Hopefully by next month, I'll have a slight bronzed glow that will help compensate for the lack of foundation--because, I just can't do layers of lotion and potions and powders in the heat!)

While I generally go with a less is more makeup mentality, I am excited to add a pop of pink to my palette.

If you didn't get the memo (or didn't read my nail trends story!) then you might not know about "millennial pink." It's the hot hue of the season, and we're embracing our love for all things Barbie and cupcake-inpsired and adding the happy hue in simple and subtle ways.
