A Day of Indie Designer Shopping & Book Swapping for Kids

Image placeholder title

Brooklyn Indie Market and The {NewNew} hosts a sustainable living collaborations called Kidding Around, a shop-and-swap event focused on tots through tweens. Handmade offerings by local indie designers specializing in children’s clothes toys and other themed goods will be on hand with their wares, while kids are encouraged to bring a gentle used book to swap for one they haven’t read yet.

We can't get enough of Etsy, now we've got another reason to love this crafty site. An eclectic group of handmade Etsy artists, designers, makers and crafters in the Metro New York area launched the {NewNew}. Shop kids clothing, accessories and more from these local handmade wonders: RosiRouge, Over All Baby, WoollyBoo, Purty Bird, Wabisabi Brooklyn, Playground Rockstar, My Honey Lou, Up and Walking and Pickle Petunia Made
