You know I love kids fashion. In fact, I spend less time and money on MY clothes and tend to focus much more on the kids. When I got an invite to the Baby CZ by Carolina Zapf, I just knew it would be fun.
Designer Carolina Zapf, creator of Baby CZ showcased her spring & summer 2013 line in a recent NYC kids Fashion show.
Her looks are so sweet, you barely could hear the music from all of the cheering and clapping. Carolina Zapf has created a line of soft looks that focus on clean lines and classic styles.
I loved the many jumpers showcased and the boy and girl coordinates were beautiful. I love to match my son and daughter when ever I can, but like to do so in a way that's complimentary not overdone and too "matchy matchy."
The Baby CZ collection is full of soft colors, eyelet, ribbons and bows and all things girly girl but without the princess drama. I loved the timeless gingham, plaid and stripes as well as the unexpected like bold suspenders.
We saw a lot of red, white and blue as well as soft yellows paired with light turquoise blue. They outfits were picturesque, adorable and too sweet. I felt like I was sitting at a grand tea party or aboard a sailboat ready for a glamorous voyage.
We noticed the attention to detail, clothes that allowed the children to look crisp and clean without being too stiff or formal and looks that would last well beyond one season.
