Finding comfortable maternity fashion is hard. One of my essentials during this pregnancy has been black leggings. I was pregnant during the summer with my first pregnancy, so I hardly ever wore anything that covered my legs because I was so hot. With this pregnancy occurring during the fall and winter, I had to find a pair of pants that would keep me warm and that were comfortable.
Black leggings have always been a staple in my wardrobe. They are comfortable and easy to dress up or down. You can wear them with a great pair of boots or even a nice pair flats. Most of the black leggings that I owned before pregnancy began to cut into my waist as my belly grew. It not only made wearing them uncomfortable, but it didn't exactly look right when I put a shirt on over them. That's when I went on the hunt for the perfect pair of maternity black leggings.
I was super excited when Ingrid and Isabel sent me their low-rise legging. Not only did that fit below the belly, which was a must have on my list when shopping for the leggings (they do sell ones that go over the belly,) but they are the most comfortable pants I have ever put on.
These leggings are perfect for layering under pants if you are experiencing really cold weather, or to be worn by themselves with a great top. My favorite thing to wear them with is a great sweater and a pair of boots over them. Not only is it comfortable as I enter the last part of my pregnancy, but it is still in fashion.

The best part is that these leggings can still be worn post-pregnancy. I love maternity fashion that can last beyond the nine months.
Another comfortable essential in my maternity wardrobe is the Ingrid and Isabel everyday cami. I've always been a person who enjoys wearing cami's under a shirt. Not only does it help add length under the shirt, but it also adds a bit of smoothness under the blouse too.
The everyday cami is cut extra-long to cover your belly throughout pregnancy and beyond. The nylon/fabric blend makes the cami very soft and super stretchy to accommodate your growing belly. It helps creates a smooth silhouette beneath pre-pregnancy and maternity tees, tops and blouses.
The low-rise legging is available in two colors and can be purchased for $42.00. The everyday cami is available in five neutral colors and can be purchased for $19.99. Both products are available on the Ingrid and Isabel website.
