Memorial Day weekend is approaching--the unofficial start of the summer season. Time to invite over guests for good food, great drinks, and alfresco entertaining. A signature cocktail is always a hit at your start-of-summer soiree, and this delightfully punchy and palatable drink will definitely do the trick. Sweet notes of pineapple are balanced by the refreshing flavor of coconut. It’s also served well in a punch bowl, so you can easily prep for your party guests before they arrive!
3/4 part Bacardi Superior
3/4 part Bacardi Coconut Rum
1 1/2 Parts Coconut Water
1½ Parts Pineapple juice
2 Lime Wedges
Fill a glass with ice and pour in the Bacardi Flavors, coconut water, and pineapple juice. Squeeze in the lime, gently stir, and then garnish the punch bowl with a pineapple wedge. Serve with a pineapple wedge and pineapple leaves.
