My resolutions this year all involved diet. I'm doing my best on organization and fitness, but sugar, wine and salt--they are my friends. Using the Right Green Tea
The French brand has a long history of tea making. I've sampled a lot of the loose teas and loved the rich flavors (I don't drink coffee). Plan a Green Tea Detox
I've been sipping a cup every morning or in the mid-afternoon as a pick me up. Green tea can sometimes be a little smokey or bitter. This blend used lemon grass to mellow out the harsher tastes. Use the loose tea in sachets or rely on the individually-wrapped muslin tea bags. It's a small way to show your body some love. I demand a lot from myself--long, busy days, athletic rigors, etc. Fueling it the right way is the perfect thank you.
