Online Yoga Options for Stay at Home Workouts

Taking you practice online might be a necessity right now. But even when the world returns to normal, it's nice to have versatility in the where and when we practice yoga. I'm collecting online resources so we can get our zen on when we need it.

Bulldog Yoga

My family has been using my online subscription to Bulldog Yoga every week. These classes range from easy and short to long and intense. With as little as 12 minutes, you can get a yoga session in with Bulldog.

The videos have good sound and light and are well paced. We've done at least 12 different classes and have been very impressed. The instruction is very good and the music is awesome (even the teenagers agree).

Bulldog is great for those of us who work from home or find ourselves short on childcare. It's workout that can fit into just about every scheduled.

I bring the videos up on my laptop and then screenshare with my TV, they also have an ios and Android app.

The first 30 days are free to try it out and then its only $12.99/month for unlimited online yoga class streaming after that. Check it out at

My NYC studio is now streaming classes on Instagram from YogaVidaNYC Instagram. All the IG live classes are free but they are graciously accepting donations for our teachers and staff at

The team at Yoga Vida understands the importance of routine especially in this new territory of self quarantine and social distancing. They are doing what they can to help us continue or deepen our practices.

In addition to Instagram, you can also check them out on YouTube here
