So yesterday was National Margarita Day, and I was legit drooling over my phone looking at all the deliciously refreshing ways people celebrated. Sweet, tangy, spicy, spiked tequila cocktails--preferably on the rocks and rimmed with salt. Yum. Man, it's hard to be pregnant on marg day! (I've got four weeks to go... who wants to meet me for happy hour?!?) 

I might not be able to imbibe at the moment, but I can still enjoy the ultimate margarita appetizer pairing: nachos. Just like a margarita, there are seemingly endless ways to enjoy this crowd-pleasing plate. Yeah, you can get more creative than beef and cheese and beans... Tortilla chips can be a vehicle for all sorts of delicious toppings and proteins. I've rounded up a few inspired ideas. Oh, and it's National Tortilla Day tomorrow--so go crazy!
