My ideal Mother's Day will kick off with an ice-cold mimosa, round out with an afternoon glass of crisp rosé, and end with some pink champagne. I think I deserve a little bit of luxury... and a whole lot of bubbles for everything I do!

That's right, I plan on abandoning my parental responsibilities for a few hours next Sunday so that I can enjoy some much-needed me time. ("They're all yours, Daddy!") So what's on the solo agenda? A bath, a book, and a bottle of something divine... Sounds pretty blissful to me.
