My favorite time of the day to workout: 9am (after coffee of course)
My sneaky fitness trick: Hmmm...I don't know any tricks. Most of the time I'm just busting my ass.
Why I workout: I love the feeling of empowerment it gives me. It also makes me more patient with family & friends. I feel like a better mom afterwards. Oh, and I love the endorphins. :)
Favorite fitness brand (shoe, apparel, etc.):Earth Footwear, Victoria Secrets sports bras, and anything on the rack at TJ Maxx for workout clothes.
I'd like to try more kickboxing this year to keep my routine fresh.
A typical week's worth of workouts looks like: 3-4 DVDs at home and one hour class with friends, and then possibly running with jogging stroller to mix it up. (But that would take the place of a DVD.)
I stay motivated by: Looking at my children. I want to model healthy behavior for them so they won't grow up overweight like I did.
