When hosting a holiday, I generally streamline my booze options to keep it simple: a white wine, a red wine, and a seasonal beer. But one signature cocktail is always a welcome treat at a dinner party, and this bourbon-grapefruit Derby-inspired drink will certainly do the trick.
I know, I know... bourbon?! I'm not usually a fan; but the sweetness of honey and the tartness of grapefruit come together to pack a palatable punch and make for one impressive pour, especially when garnished with a bit of rosemary.
And, yes, for the record--this cocktail is just as good at your traditional Thanksgiving with family and friends. Enjoy!
