How to make the charm: Color a large section in bright yellow and then use a 1 inch circle punch to cut out the gold. Use a bright green to create a shamrock. 

Crafting Tip: An easy way to make a shamrock is to make a heart, then add two hears to the sides. Then add a stem. I also used a black pen to outline. Pop them all in the oven according to the Shrinky Dink packaging and then you can add the glitter glue to make them magical.
