Moms are often last when it comes to, well everything! It key for us to be on top of everything, and health is a part of that priority. As a part of a focus on a healthy lifestyle, we roundup some of our favorite health and wellness projects to keep you focused, energized and ready for all the ups and downs in your day.

1. Home Cooking: I am a huge fan of healthy home cooking and one of my favorite things to cook is soup! I recently discovered the best book for the soup lover with THE SOUPMAKER'S KITCHEN: How to Save Your Scraps, Prepare a Stock, and Craft the Perfect Pot of Soup. Written by celebrated cookbook author and chef Aliza Green, this beautiful book is great for moms who want to learn how to make healthy soups as it includes a guide to making soups, broths, potages, minestra, minestrone, bisques, and borscht. Some recipes for health and wellness that I am excited to try include the Provencal Soupe au Pistou with Savoy Cabbage, White Beans, and Leeks and the Wild Salmon Chowder with Sweet Corn & Gold Potatoes.

2. HelloFresh: There are those times when home cooking can be challenging but that doesn't mean you have to go the fast food route. Our favorite new delivery system, Hello Fresh is a great way to discover amazing recipes as fresh ingredients get delivered right to your door! I can't think of anything better than having help with grocery shopping and the system from HelloFresh where you can choose a Classic Box or a Veggie Box that comes complete with every single ingredient you need to make a meal. On top of that you also get colorful and step-by-step recipes to guide you along the way in your cooking. I recently tried this out and I loved the convenience of having the food come right to my door as well as some new and creative options to make dinner fun and healthy for everyone. Some of the delicious recipes that you can make include the Butterbean Avocado Salad, Sesame Crusted Tofu, Chana Masala Chickpea Curry, Seared Steak and much more.
