Toy Tuesday: Brackitz Building Toys for Kids

With three littles, you would think our house is overrun with toys. I am not sure, if it's a nature vs. a nurture thing here or what, but my children are drawn to play things that do not restrict their play and allow them to drive the course of play rather than the other way around. My children love to use their toys as an add in to their imaginary play. They are constantly creating scenes, setting them up and then incorporating various toys or figures to fit into what they have come up with. I find the less a toy "does" for them, they more they love it. Brackitz building toys are the only open ended building toy that lets my children build whatever comes to their mind. If they think it, they can build it!

We had a chance to test out the Brackitz Inventor 100 Piece Set and I really enjoyed watching my son manipulate the various pieces to create his "Space Fort" complete with two monster guardians. Three things that we love about the Brackitz building toys is that you can literally build whatever you can imagine because the pieces attach to traditional planks at any point, or any angle.

Brackitz building toys are a great toy to encourage shared play. I love to listen in on the conversations my two bigs (ages 6 & 8) are having as they dump the bin of Brackitz out and get started on their latest creation. Even my two year old enjoys experimenting with them and creates simple structures and her favorite "bobots". Brackitz are durable, lightweight, easy to use and are fun for kids of all ages. I love that they boost that they are also Made in the USA!
