One of our family's favorite weekend habits is to spend the whole morning, and sometimes even the afternoon, in our jammies. It's a time to simply unwind, enjoy each other's company and have a quality snuggle sesh. This has been going on since my kids were babies so it's no surprise that they love pajamas as much as their mama does. Whether we're talking about sweet two piece sets or a cozy robe, they're all about their summer pajamas "lounge wear."
A couple of their favorite brands happen to be Skylar Luna and Hatley because everything is so darn soft. My babies are all about comfort. And though the warm weather has definitely hit in our neck o' the woods, they can still be found cuddling up in their robes when the air conditioner is blowing nice and cool...which is pretty much all the time. Their mama likes it cooooool. Haha!
In fact, sometimes they run outside and play in their jammies right after they wake up...And sometimes they just cuddle up on a squishy comforter together for a little cartoons fest. No matter what they're doing, they're having fun...because they're comfortable! So, being that summer is nearly here and our schedules will, hopefully, be a bit more relaxed than they are during the school year, I thought I would round up some of my favorite summer pajamas for kids from some other top brands like Hanna Andersson, Tea Collection and Tucker+Tate!
A new pair of pajamas and perhaps a book or two would make for a fun little surprise to gift your little ones to help kick off their summer! I usually pair the jammies and books with new swimsuits and a water two or two as well...but no matter how you decide to welcome summer this year, here's to everyone having a safe and FUN one!
