Cybex, a euro company makers of strollers, carseats, baby carriers and more now have a new line of Jeremy Scott designed fabrics. Jeremy Scott is US designer well known for his extravagant designs and is a favorite of pop stars and celebrities. He is renowned for his humorous prints and unusual appliqués that appear throughout his collections. In addition to his own label, Jeremy Scott has made a name for himself globally through his numerous and remarkable collaborations.
The launch was held at vFiles Soho store, the first U.S. retailer to offer the collaboration of strollers, carseats, baby carriers, and diaper bags.
The collection called "Food Fight" pop art is inspired by Jeremy's own childhood. He took pizza and other fast-food classics and transformed them into cute comic characters that dance around on a blue background. The vivid print features include food characters, including courageous popcorn pieces tackling an aggressive beef burger and a soda bottle fighting a hot dog. It started with the idea of a Food Fight reminiscent of those which happen in 80s movies. The result is the print of the Cybex by Jeremy Scott collection says the designer.
The prints are available on Cybex's popular items like their Callisto 3-in-1 system stroller, Aton 3 carseat, Go Baby Carrier, Onyx Stroller, and Baby Bag. There is even a footmuff designed with the signature print. Overall, I am loving the collaboration as it is extremely playful and fun. I'm looking forward to seeing what else Jeremy Scott has in store for us!
The Cybex by Jeremy Scott collection is now available to US consumers through vFiles, and will soon be available in select stores all over North America. For more information about the Cybex by Jeremy Scott collection visit www.cybexbyjeremyscott.com
