If there is anything that we appreciate here at Momtrends, it's when a restaurant is thoughtful enough to offer healthy options on their menu. We eat out a fair amount and we certainly don't want to indulge in rich, calorie laden meals every single time we go to a restaurant, so having healthy alternatives on the menu is important to us! Like most busy mamas, we're on the go with our kiddos all the time between school, sports and various activities, so being able to grab a quick bite to eat, while still enjoying fresh, nutritious ingredients, is very important.
Luckily, Houlihan's just launched their Lighter Fare Menu that includes everything from tasty entrees, delicious desserts and even cocktails. We always love when a healthy meal is not only good for you, but it tastes good too. You shouldn't have to sacrifice health for flavor right? And the best part about this menu is that everything on it is under 590 calories.
The only question is...Should you treat yourself to the cocktail or dessert? With a calorie count that low, a splurge isn't out of the question right?
