Mixed prints are one of those trends that I don't even consider a trend anymore. They have a constant presence in my wardrobe and I've found that my love for them has spilled over into my kiddos' closets too. Now I know mixed prints aren't necessarily for everyone...and I probably go a bit more bold with them than most, but you certainly don't have to go crazy with your print mixing. There are subtle, easy ways to work mixed prints into your little lady's winter wardrobe.
First, start with a bold graphic. For this look, I chose a heart printed hat. Next, select a smaller scale print. Look closely, and you'll see tiny little stars on the shirt in my set. The end result is a chic, edgy look that reminds me of something the super stylish Kourtney Kardashian would don. She might not go for the kiddie hat and glitter bag, but I can so see her in the rest. Haha! I just love her boho chic style that always seemesto be mixed with a touch of edge. She was one of my maternity style muses and if we ever get going on that bonus baby, I will probably be turning to her latest maternity looks for inspiration again! In the meantime, my lil' lady bean will probably be walking around in some Kourtney inspired looks. Just sayin'.
