Like most moms I know, I have a ridiculous obsession with Target. I can go in there for something as simple as paper towels and end up shopping for hours. Haha! I know I'm not alone in this! So, in addition to heading to Target for a million and one things on the regular, it's also one of my favorite back to school clothes shopping haunts. I don't know about your kids lovelies, but mine are really hard on their clothes...especially the duds they wear to school. Between the playground and art projects, stains, rips and whatnot happen more often than not. So, budget friendly on trend clothes are uber important to this mama!
Enter Target...this one-stop shop has everything I need for both my first grader son's and pre-schooler daughter's back to school style. Whether I'm looking for play-ready clothes or something a little dressier, I can find it all at Target. In fact, I put together three different looks for each kiddo to give an you an idea of just what I'm talking about.

And let me tell you...If you can't tell from those happy faces, they both were all about their back to school outfits, which is great because anything that gets them even more excited about the start of the school year is A-OK with this mama! I chose everything from dressed up sweats to denim shirts and vests...and they LOVED it all!
And we can't forget the shoes...Their Stride Rite Made 2 Play kicks says it all with the name...They really are made to play! Any time you can combine style with function is a win and this line definitely did that in spades!
