This Holiday Season I received an extra special gift, a week with the all-new 2015 Subaru Legacy. Over the next few weeks I will share my experience driving the sleek, newly designed sedan and putting the all-wheel-drive to the test as we journey from the bustling streets of Manhattan to the shore line of Long Island to the mountains of Connecticut.
Subaru is known for making reliable, high performance, trustworthy family cars with the all- new 2015 Subaru Legacy exceeding the standards. Keeping us safer than ever, the car features the latest version of the EyeSight system (monitors traffic ahead to help maintain safe driving distance, adaptive cruise control and pre-collision braking), the Rear Radar safety system, which provides blind spot detection (indication appears on your side mirrors), lane change assist (beeps when you go out of your lane without indication) and rear cross traffic alert.
Other exciting new features of the Subaru Legacy 2015 include a infotainment system with a 6.2-inch touch screen and text messaging capability, bluetooth and a backup camera. A navigation system, a 12-speaker Harman Kardon stereo, satellite radio and two USB ports.
More posts to come with all the details on how the car performs.
Disclosure: I am a voluntary participant in the Subaru of America Legacy Blogger program. I have been asked by Subaru of America to review the 2015 Subaru Legacy in exchange for the use of a short-term vehicle loan. I received a loaner gas card, vehicle and Subaru branded promotional items for participating in the program. As always, all opinions are 100% my own.
