A few days ago Genart and The Partnership at Drugfree.org kicked off the 18th Annual Genart Film Festival in NYC with a slew of stars including Tucker Capps, Producer of A&Es Intervention who worked with Cyrus Stowe, high school senior and aspiring filmmaker for the world premiere of Out of Reach and Martin Snyder, Award Winning Director/Writer/Producer who moderated the Q&A.
The film is meant to focus on teen medicine abuse through the eyes of Cyrus who sets out to uncover the growing problem of friends sharing and abusing prescription medications in his hometown.
