What's the first thing you do when you wake u in the morning?
Eat breakfast? Brush your teeth? Engage in a moment of meditation?
For many, myself included, the first thing we do is make the bed. Nice and neat and tidy.r
It feels so good to kick off the day with a clean slate and a fresh bed. And it feels even better to climb into bed at night, exhausted, with tucked sheets, fluffed pillows, and a crisp duvet.
