5 Ways to Make Your Life Easier

5 Ways to Make Your Life Easier

Admittedly, I am not super woman. While I fancy myself a multi-tasker, there is only so much space in my brain and only so many hours in the day for me to complete my ever growing list of tasks. Because no, you actually cannot "do it all" all the time, we've created a list of things that we guarantee will make your life easier so that you can squeeze in that cat nap instead of running out for the dry cleaning.

Task Rabbit:
This system is complete genius. Need to put together that bookcase you just ordered from Ikea? Absolutely have to pick up your dry cleaning today? Have no fear, taskrabbit is here. Simply post on the site what you need to get done (grocery run) and the "task rabbits" will bid on your job. The person who bids the lowest wins and will complete your task for that price. All you need to do is wait and pay. It's a fantastic way to cross things off your list.

Vapur Water Bottle:
If you're like me, the last thing you need is something else in your bag that takes up space. This collapsible water bottle from Vapur ($8)is a lifesaver. Drink up, fold it up, and stick it in your pocket or bag without the slightest discomfort. It also comes in a variety of colors so you can be stylish and hydrated.

LED lip gloss by Pure Illumination:
This is by far one of the coolest lip glosses we have ever seen. Never again will you question how your lips look and never gain will you have to ask your boyfriend/girlfriend/husband/bff/child to hold a mirror "really quick" while you freshen up. The light is super handy for shellacking your lips or looking for gum in your purse at the movies. And you can't go wrong with the sleek mirror on the side. We like the gloss in "pouty pink" but there are other flattering shades to choose from. ($15.99 on amazon)

We know you want to stay on track this year but who has the time to count calories, keep a fitness diary, or track foods? While we are enjoying our experiment with Weight Watchers, this little baby is an awesome alternative to fitness DVDs, gym memberships, meetings, or bulky devices. FitBit ($99) is super slim and will track your daily activities--even your sleep schedule. All you need to do is clip it and sync it and you've got yourself a fancy-shmancy way of keeping fit.

Catch-all Coin Bank:
Loose change can end up everywhere. Most of the time when we empty our pockets, bits of coins are strewn on a counter and they end up on the floor, under chairs, in between couches, or who knows where else. With this coin-catcher ($32), you can empty your pockets right on top of it and the coins will filter in while other things like receipts, keys, that new led lip gloss, etc., will rest safely right on top. Easy, chic, and practical---we love it.
