Now that we're in the throws of the holiday season, it's time to start thinking about paying attention to our holiday shopping lists. I've actually taken to shopping quite a bit online these days because I'm just so darn busy. It's hard to make time to hit up my favorite brick and mortars...but with the convenience comes a bit of sacrifice. I do miss those pleasant afternoons of lunching and shopping with my girls. And now that my sister has become a mom for the first time, I know she's feeling the same way. Between work and having a new baby, she's short on time too.
When Marshalls offered me the chance to surprise someone I loved with a holiday shopping spree, I knew just who I would pick. I would give my sister the chance to get out of the house and do some of her holiday shopping. And that's just what we did. I watched my cutie nephew while she marveled over all the on-trend designer items. It was so worth taking some time for ourselves. Everyone needs a little me time...and that goes double for new moms. Not only did my sister pick up many of her holiday shopping list must haves, but she also found some goodies for herself like some darling holiday decorations. From fabulous bags to toys and even home goods, Marshall's has a little something for everyone on your list!

Mom Picks for Best Modern Wooden Play Gyms
Let's be honest: Most baby gyms look like a primary color explosion of yikesness. And yes, I owned one and found it an absolute lifesaver at that bewitching hour when every child under 1 starts crying right when you need to be cooking dinner. But whenever company arrived, I would ...read more
