At first, I was a tad skeptical. I checked out their website and all the instructors, of course, are super adorable and super fit. I used to love jumping on a trampoline as a kid and never really considered it a "workout".Let me be the very first to tell you that today (the day after our trampoline adventure) EVERYTHING hurts.
