At Team Momtrends, we believe that the women who work together should workout together. It not only strengthens our already strong bond, but sharpens our minds and bodies, too. This monthly workout is no different. We headed down to Chinatown here in NYC to try out the latest in the fitness world: trampoline workouts at JumpLife.
At first, I was a tad skeptical. I checked out their website and all the instructors, of course, are super adorable and super fit. I used to love jumping on a trampoline as a kid and never really considered it a "workout".Let me be the very first to tell you that today (the day after our trampoline adventure) EVERYTHING hurts. In the very best way.
The facilities are clean with trendy pops of color and a selection of t-shirts and other accessories for you to purchase. There's a water cooler and restrooms, but no showers so plan accordingly. And yes, you'll sweat.
