I recently dusted off my yoga pants for a relaxing and rejuvenating yoga session with celebrity yoga coach Kristin McGee as she hosts the US launch of CoachClub, an online personal training service that gives you access to celebrity trainers and their proven exercise regimens. Learning about CoachClub was a fun way to liven up our workout routine.

As a yoga instructor to stars like Tina Fey, Bethenny Frankel, Steve Martin and LeAnn Rimes-Cibrian she got us all into a state of zen as she took us through a class at the prestigious health club in NYC, Reebok Sports Club/NY.

Prior to the class, Thierry Pepin, president of CoachClub spoke to us about the concept of this video fitness and training service. Founded in January 2010 in France, the service allows you to comfortably workout in your home as videos are streamed the Internet or to your television.

As a mom, I loved this concept since there is a never-ending to-do list always on my mind and that usually doesn't require going to the gym. With CoachClub you have access to an extensive library of over 200 workouts over 30 disciplines including yoga, postnatal workouts, cardio, dance, abs and glutes and more. Designed to meet everyone's needs, users can have a tailored experience where they have to fill out a questionnaire at the end of each workout asking if they were out of breath, whether they felt any joint pain or if they succeed at the various steps.

As a subscription service, the programs rolls out in August at no cost, and then with regular enrollment in September. Once you choose a plan, a workout is organized for you according to your objectives, availability, physical shape, and preference.

The system also includes an amazing network of celebrity coaches who teach the classes, including Kristin McGee, Jessica Mellet and Stephanie Carpentier - all of which are recognized in their discipline.

Through this personal plan, you can track your goals, physical capabilities, health and create a schedule. As you test out new workouts, you can also track your progress through a "My Statistics" tool bar, which allows you to push harder or slow down depending on your ability.

An affordable and high-quality fitness regime, CoachClub brings the gym experience right to your living room - allowing you to get the best possible exercise in the comfort of your own home.
