I'm the State Leader for NY and I'm on a mission. I'm trying to lead other moms in an effort to take action on April 22nd--B Kind 2 Earth Day.
The Mission: To encourage people to promise to do at least one earth-friendly action on April 22, 2011 -- and beyond. My first step was to organize a pick up for BabyBuggy.org to pick up my gently-used kids gear and clothing. My next step is rounding up plastic toys to give to Second Chance Toys for their spring drive. Two easy ways to make sure the abundance we've been blessed with gets passed along.
I hope you'll join me in this opportunity to make a difference, It'??s simple '?¦ promise to do one nice thing for the Earth on April 22nd and let'??s make Earth Day really mean something. Take your kids on a walk, ditch the disposable grocery bags, do a park clean-up, install a bird feeder '?? whatever it is, big or small, your actions to love, respect and B Kind 2 Earth will add up!
