Feeling stifled in the city? Grab the kids and find some green space. We suggest checking out one of the hundreds of free community gardens. The best way to find a local flower bed is to visit GreenThumb. They have over 600 member gardens serving 20,000 city residents. Since 1978 they've been committed to providing support to help strengthen gardens, strengthen gardener skills, and strengthen communities. GreenThumb's services take the form of materials and technical assistance, including educational workshops. Find your local garden using the links here.
