The holidays may be over, but we're still celebrating big time in my family. For the next week, we're all staying in our favorite little mountain getaway, Clayton, GA and are having an absolute blast being together. Every time we visit we try to explore new places and try new things...and cocktails are definitely included in that. In fact, everyone drove about an hour north to visit a little town called Helen, Georgia today and stopped at The Troll Tavern for a drink.
Said drink looked just like a sunset in a glass to me, so that's what I decided to name my adapted version. Theirs contained a few ingredients that I don't typically love in cocktails, so I changed a few things...Did I mention that my sister is a legit mixologis? I mean she's good...She actually helped me come up with a recipe that was even better! Don't get me wrong, theirs was delish, but this is even more my speed.
Are you ready to instantly feel like you're on a tropical vacay? The Sunset in a Glass can take you there!
