One of the hottest trends in parenting is the DIY baby food movement. It's never been more trendy to give your kids the fruits and veggies that are fresh from the farm (or store). I think it's a great movement, if you've got the time and the right tools. I don't want to stress out any moms out there. There are tools if you want to try this trend.
Once you get the go-ahead from your pediatrician, we love using the SageSpoonfuls system as an easy way to prepare homemade baby food. In our latest food video, we teamed up with Liza Huber, founder of Sage Spoonfuls, to learn how to make a simple, fresh and healthy banana and avocado puree that your baby will love. Check out the recap below, and be sure to subscribe to the Momtrends YouTube Channel for even more delicious food recipes and coverage of the latest trends.
