Three Fabulous Soup Recipes for Fall

Now that October is here, we can expect the temperatures to cool down a bit which always puts me in the mood for soup. It's the perfect chilly weather meal in my opinion and, bonus, there are so many easy soup recipes out there. I know I'm not the only one who's got a lot on her plate during the fall season. We need easy simple, yet hearty meals that we can whip up for our family quickly right? So, I've rounded up some super tasty soup recipes that are perfect for weeknight meal time and one that takes a bit more time. Sunday dinner alert...


Sausage Butternut Squash Soup...If I had to pick my favorite fall/winter vegetable, it would have to be squash...namely butternut squash. This soup from Sunny Sweet Days and a nice Oktoberfest brew is just what you need to warm you up on a cool October evening. And I just love the addition of sausage to this particular butternut squash soup!


Ham and Bean Soup...It doesn't get much easier slow cooker soup I right? Any time I can throw some ingredients into that bad boy and forget about it for a while, I'm a happy camper. Haha! So, this ham and bean soup from Mom Endeavors is, obviously, right up my alley!
