Quick Weekend Meals with Three Bridges

Three Bridges Review

The weekends can often be more hectic than the regular work week. I try to make the most of everything and meld it between errands and fun. This often means that we aren't home to cook, and need something quick and healthy once dinnertime arrives. One of our favorite new food items for the kids is Three Bridges, makers of fresh pastas. This includes a variety of fresh pastas that feature an organic line, gluten-free line and superfood products that are chef-crafted.

We recently tested out their spinach and cheese tortellini with pesto that was a hit with the kids. Rich and flavorful, all I had to do was boil the water, add in pesto and serve with a side salad and dinner was done!

Check out their delicious recipe for Cheese Tortellini with Pesto that we are sure will be a hit at your next weekend meal.
