Mott's versus V8
Getting your veggies in a drink is quite possibly one of the best invention in the food and beverage industry this century. Since busy moms don't always have time to shop, clean and steam fresh vegetables, we love drinks that provide a boost of nutrients.
Since we pride ourselves on offering opinions and help for over-scheduled moms, I conducted a taste-off between Mott'??s Garden Blend 100% Vegetable Juice (original) and V8'??s 100% Vegetable Juice (original) to determine the most nutritious and flavorful vegetable drink.
Both drinks offer two servings of vegetables in every 8 ounce glass, but they are not without other differences.
