There are so many gift giving options for Mother's Day, but sometimes the collection of sets and gift ideas don't fit every mother's personality. Personally, I like a little bit of everything so I am so excited that we have partnered with Bakery Because for their Give Bakery Because. It’s Gifting Made Delicious campaign.
For this campaign, I simply went into my grocer’s bakery and picked up some of my favorite treats (black and white cookies, lemon cookies, and brownies made the cut) where I then purchased a simple basket from Target. I loaded it with some of my current favorites: Tea from Anna's Naturals, Girl Gone, a book I have wanted to read, natural beauty goodies from Gnarly Whale, and of course the **sweet treats.
I then used some tissue paper that I filled in the basket and then arranged the items. Another idea would be to add a personal note or a card that your kids make (I love those!) close it up and have an simple and very personalized gift for Mother's Day!
Other ideas for a personalized Mother's Day basket:
- Baked goods such as muffins, cupcakes or a favorite cookie
- A gift card to a spa
- Nail kit
Another bonus is that you can get all of the items this week and personalize it for the mother/aunt/grandmother/sister in your life. We love this as a creative way to show how much you care! Also, be sure to check out the Bakery Because page on Pinterest where you will discover inspiration and gifting ideas.
With Mother's Day only a week away, your grocer’s bakery is a convenient and ideal destination for purchasing delicious baked goods that can be customized for any creative, fun and delicious gifting giving ideas.
**Although we displayed the cookies as is, we suggest wrapping them in your DIY basket.
