Inside Out HERSHEY'S S'mores Recipe

I'm been trying to make this summer as magical as possible for our kiddos as it's the first summer since my son started school. And that means every day I try to do something special for them. Whether we have an impromptu picnic, construct a living room fort or simply have an at home movie party, I'm trying to give them lasting memories that they will always carry with them. I can still remember the happy summer times my sister and I shared with my mom growing up and a big part of those memories were the special treats she made for us. I've found myself making her recipes for my own kids and I would love it if they also someday made the treats I concocted for them for their children as well.

One thing that my son has requested over and over through the years is Hershey's s'mores. One of his favorite things to do is have a "camp out" in the tv room complete with a tent, s'mores and a flick. And since we have a camp out / movie party on the agenda this weekend, I though it would be fun to experiment a little with our traditional Hershey's s'mores recipe. Don't get me wrong...There is nothing wrong with the good old fashioned kind of s'mores, but those tasty ingredients that we so often turn to like Hershey's Milk Chocolate, Jet-Puffed Marshmallows and Honey Maid Graham Crackers can be so tasty paired with other things, so I decided to experiment a little and make Inside Out S'mores! And being that we're a Florida family, I decided to put a tropical spin on it by adding a little coconut...

Ingredients (makes 4 servings):

2 Hershey's Milk Chocolate bars
8 Honey Maid Graham Crackers
4 Jet-Puffed marshamallows
1/4 cup of shredded sweetened coconut

1. Break up the Hershey's Milk Chocolate bars into small pieces and heat up on the stove over low heat or microwave for 45 seconds. Stir.

2. Toast the marshmallows.

3. Sandwich a toasted marshmallow between two graham crackers.

4. Drizzle the melted Hershey's Milk Chocolate on top of the graham cracker.

5. Sprinkle a bit of coconut on top.
