Diet Tips for Snackers featuring CVS Gold Emblem Abound Snacks

Hi my name is Kristin and I’m a snacker...I always have been and I probably always will be. I started my grazing habits as a wee kiddo, so they’ve been around for a few (ahem) years. Just because I tend to snack throughout the day, however, doesn’t mean my diet efforts have to be completely derailed. In fact, I’ve found that my weight loss journey is much improved when I’m eating (i.e. snacking) regularly instead of overeating at one sitting. So, being able to turn to nourishing snacks that give me the energy I need is clutch...And that’s where CVS Gold Emblem Abound Snacks come into play.

The CVS Gold Emblem Abound Snack line is made with “better for you” ingredients and free from artificial preservatives and flavor. I don’t know about you lovelies, but the more natural I can go with my diet, the better. If I’m on the go, which as a busy working mama with school age children I very often am, I certainly don’t want to turn to snacks that are filled with things I’m not interested in putting into my body. You shouldn’t have to compromise just because you need convenience! Am I right?
