Through this program, everyone from aspiring chefs to people who want to acquire some skills can take classes and workshops at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts where they can learn from renowned chefs at one of the best culinary schools in America.

Through this program, students will have a chance to step inside the professional Le Cordon Bleu kitchens as they receive a hands-on education and learn from the same pros who train today’s students. This can include anyone from home cooks to foodies who want to learn more to moms who want to master a baking technique where people can enjoy one- to five-day workshops.

This includes workshops such as techniques, A Taste of Northern Italy, A Taste of French Bistro, Cake Decorating, Artisan Breads, Meat A-Z — Butchering & Cooking, Hors d’oeurvre & Cocktails and much more!

“Le Cordon Bleu-Bleu Ribbon Kitchen opens the door to food lovers and culinary enthusiasts who are hungry to improve their skills in the kitchen,” said Laura Lyons, Le Cordon Bleu’s Director of Consumer Education. “The programs give home chefs a taste of what it’s like to be a professional culinary student, so they can learn new techniques to use when cooking for family and friends.”

Available at 11 Le Cordon Bleu campuses, Bleu Ribbon Kitchen offers the chance to explore specialized cuisine in cities across the country. Each workshop will provide students with an array of tips and techniques to ensure students can replicate the meals long after the classes end.

Bleu Ribbon Kitchen programs range from $99-$1,875 and take place throughout the year. To view a schedule of upcoming workshops and enroll, visit: www.chefs.com.
