I'm seriously addicted to Greek yogurt. Thick, satisfying and packed with nutritional value, this has become a staple in the Momtrends family diet. I don't enjoy milk, so I rely on ATHENOS to give me 30% of my calcium each morning. It helps me stay slim and energized. Now I'm sharing my little skinny secret. This month we're proud to partner with ATHENOS to share recipes and kitchen inspiration with you--such as this yummy updated salad recipe.
In this recipe ATHENOS Greek Yogurt serves as a healthy substitute for mayonnaise. Check out this nutritional content: the plain yogurt has just 140 calories per serving yet delivers 23g protein per serving. And get ready...ATHENOS Greek has zero grams of fat and twice the amount of protein of regular yogurt.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner we incorporate this delish ingredient into salads, dips, soups, smoothies, marinades and more. Why does everything taste better with Greek yogurt? Because it's strained the authentic way and made from milk and yogurt cultures. This week we've picked a recipe that uses the plain version, but I'd be remiss not to mention the varities that offer a side serving of real fruit--perfect for lunch boxes, snack and of course breakfast. ATHENOS Greek Yogurt is available nationwide in select retailers and Walmart store. Suggested retail price of $1.50 for the 5.3-oz. size and $3.99 for the 16-oz. size.
