Prenatal Pilates


PilatesbyCarey is offering two pre natal pilates workshops which run for 5 weeks this fall. The workshops will be limited to three women. Classes start Friday September 18th at 11am or Tuesday September 29th at 7pm.

Carey aims to provide safe and effective exercises to help you strengthen the pelvic floor and get you ready for baby. There is an emphasis on arms and legs to keep those areas toned as your belly grows. For the workshops Carey has developed a series of exercises you can do through all trimesters to stay strong in core, arms and glutes, the pelvic floor and integrating your pilates to help you through labor.
