All you need to do this is a workout mat and a little time. We know that it's hard to get a sitter or take a break from work and family to get to the gym, but trust us, you need to take care of yourself. Working out will give you the energy you need to be your best.

That's why we're working on these fitness videos--to give you access to workouts right at home. Another easy way to get in some fitness is to just walk. Put on your comfy shoes and keep on moving. It's all about working fitness into your life.

Check with your doctor to make sure that you are ready to get back in shape. Then jump in and follow along as we show you exercise you can do at home. I'm working with Lawson Harris of the Fit Lab NYC. She's got years of experience and shares proper form with this pilates inspired workout. I swear that pilates was the only thing that helped me get my abs back in shape. I feel lucky to have Lawson on my fitness team.
