Winter Style in J.Jill
Winter and holiday favorites are always going to be centered around a few things in my wardrobe. Especially during the cold, long and dreary months of winter I find that I'm always so eager to wear red. It's festive, it's bright, and it instantly brings a little bit of warmth to my look.
I adore a classic fair isle print and even though I kept things quite simple here, I was tempted to wear a black and white gingham print collared shirt just to mix things up a little bit. Either way, this sweater is the perfect candidate for layering or worn casually just like I did here. It's super cozy and one of those sweaters that you'll be reaching for each year when the weather calls for something soft and warm.
While I'm usually one that loves the opportunity to wear a skirt (all year long!), I couldn't resist a clean wash pair of jeans. The dark an ddistraction-free wash on these cropped, skinny jeans is going to become my new go-to pair. Sweaters and jeans, is there really anything more comfortable this time of year?
Why Palisades Tahoe Deserves a Spot on Every Skier’s Bucket List

Get Better Sleep with Ozlo Sleepbuds
New year’s resolutions may vary. Some may want to workout more or eat less. Some may want to develop a new hobby or try a new sport. But I’m guessing that nearly all of us could agree on one resolution we’d love to achieve: more and better SLEEP. Whether you are a new parent ...read more
A few weeks ago, I was busy getting ready for our trip back east and picked up this cute little white knit hat that I pretty much can't leave home without anymore. I remember I used to put up such a fight when I was little when it came to adding all those warm layers but now, that added accessory is a welcome (and functional!) addition to my daily outfit. Insta-warm.
I think what I love most about today's cozy, and comfortable looks is that it really fits so many different casual occasions. I do, however, have this sudden urge to find some snow and a warm cabin to curl up in with a big cup of hot chocolate. How do you wear your winter staples? What is your ultimate cozy spot to spend the coldest days?
