Canva has some amazing and EASY templates for your Facebook pages. And a few days ago I discovered this tutorial on PicMonkey explaining how to make a text mask. I absolutely love images like these, but had no idea how to accomplish them so I was excited to give the tutorial a try.
I tried it and now I'm hooked!
Click here to join Canva and start creating. Canva is a graphic design platform that allows users to create social media graphics, presentations, posters and other visual content. It is available on web and mobile, and integrates millions of images, fonts, templates and illustrations. I shared just three of the easy Spring Facebook Covers on Canva.
It was so easy and I absolutely love the result. So much in fact that I decided to make myself a new Facebook cover photo. The quote is in the front of my Erin Condren Life Planner and I used a photo from my trip to Paris last spring as the background image. Click to download the "Life doesn't have to be perfect to be wonderful" Facebook cover photo.
And then I went a little Facebook cover photo crazy and made several to share. I hope you like them as much as I do. And if you do, here's how you make one your cover photo.
- Click on the image and it will open full size.
- Download the image to your computer.
- Upload as your Facebook cover photo.
- Easy peasy!
All the graphics are created to fit the Facebook cover image on a desktop or the web. The entire graphic won't be visible on your smart phone app.
The "Choose joy" Facebook cover image uses the same flower picture from Paris. For "Be happy" I used an Instagram photo from our trip to Callaway Gardens. "Don't let anyone dull your sparkle" called for sparkle, of course, and the Bokeh Texture on PicMonkey was perfect.
When I was brainstorming for fun quotes that inspire spring, goodness and light, I am only a little bit embarrassed to admit that I looked to quotes from the new Cinderella movie for inspiration. I just love the "Where there is kindness" quote.
By the time I made "Have courage and be kind" I was getting adventurous and made it with a textured background rather than plain white. Exciting stuff, right? Ha.
Hopefully all this positive thinking and floral inspiration will help Mother Nature decide it's time for spring! I'd love to know if you download and use one of these Facebook cover photos. Let me know in the comments or on our Facebook page.
