Soak It In: Luxurious Bath-Time Products to Try Tonight

Image placeholder title

Allow me to set the serene scene for you: The kids are (finally) asleep, the husband is watching some game or another, and you've got a blissful hour or two of quiet time to relax your body and restore your mind before you beeline it to bed. You light a few subtly scented candles, pour a glass of wine, take out your current YA obsession, and draw yourself a luxurious bubble bath... Sounds pretty heavenly, no?

There are few things I enjoy more than sipping bubbly in a bubble bath at the end of a long, hard, harrowing day of working, parenting, and "adulting." Soaking away the stress and mess and mayhem of daily life in a luxuriously steamy perfumed pool can feel utterly indulgent and fabulously fancy. It's the ultimate me-time pleasure and, bonus, it helps you look good and smell fresh too (so, really, you're doing your friends and loved ones a service!)

In honor of National Bubble Bath Day (what, it wasn't marked on your family's calendar?), I'm highlighting a few of our favorite, luxe products—like a sumptuous long robe, plush waffle slippers, a shower cap that protects precious blowouts, a suction wine-glass holder, a floating duck speaker (for your bath-time listening pleasure!), and a lovely leave-in conditioner. I've even included a totally water-proof tablet holder—so you no longer have to risk breaking your Kindle or ruining the paper pages of your favorite book.

Enjoy, mamas. You deserve it!
