The halls are decked, the tree is trimmed, and holiday shopping is in full swing.
This year, I'm taking part in the T.J.Maxx, Marshalls and HomeGoods challenge and shopping for people who aren't normally on my Christmas gift list but could use a little holiday cheer. This year I'm giving gifts to my new neighbors, the crossing guard at school and a few far away friends who have had a rough year. It's easy to add people to your Christmas list with affordable gift finds at T.J. Maxx, Marshalls, and HomeGoods, I'm able to give more by doing my holiday shopping at these stores!
T.J. Maxx had lots of great goodies with prices that are easy on your budget. I found several great presents each for under $10! I loved these smash books and artist sets, the reusable ceramic coffee mugs, organic lunch bag, and spa set.
How awesome are these holiday cards I found at T.J. Maxx. I would have never thought to shop there for Christmas cards but I love the modern designs like "chalkboard" or foil stamped!
The Christmas section at T.J. Maxx was also chock full of rustic inspired Christmas decor!
My absolute favorite find at T.J. Maxx was this slate and chalk cheese serving board. I picked up a few for hostess gifts. The best part? This awesome gift is only $5.99! I've seen comparable serving boards for 4 times that price at other stores!
Marshalls is full of awesome gifts for anyone on your list. We love these journals for teens, loveys for babes, train set for toddlers, and lots of different elf makeup sets and accessories for the ladies on your list.
Marhshalls had lots of great stocking stuffers, perfect for the men in your life and a whole area of tech lover gift ideas!
Shopping for a girlfriend or wine lover? Maybe snag some pretty bottle stoppers or Wine Opoly, the game!
The Christmas section in Marshalls had unique goodies like these adorable cutout gift tags and large burlap "santa" bag for only $7.99! (I think I'm going to need to go back for that!)
HomeGoods might just be my favorite store to find pretty things for my home! When setting up our new home this was one of the first stops to find new decor. I always find something I love for me , or for family.
Keep friends cozy with a warm throw (so many to colors and styles to choose from!), get that electric person an Indie inspired animal head, tons of kitchen gadgets, or splurge for a big gift for their home (or yours!).
You can fill the playroom full with lots of fun toys like this little sewing machine or giant plush dog and don't forget the playroom rules!Whether it's dolls or tools, balls, trucks, puzzles or musical instruments HomeGoods surprised me with their large selection of quality toys. GreenToys, Melissa and Doug and Munchkin to name a few!
When you're buying your gifts, don't forget the pretty bags and Christmas cards and a German pickle ornament for good measure! Snag some pretty Christmas decorations for yourself while you're out.
HomeGoods has Hanukkah covered too! Real and electric menorahs and some of the prettiest blue china plates and bowls featuring the Star of David that will make a perfect Hanukkah place setting or use them for Shabatt dinners!
Running out of ideas? Almost everybody I know loves coffee! How pretty is this french press. Pair it with a Skinny Syrup flavored syrup and you'll make someones day!
One of my favorite gift finds was this Mason Jar Cocktail Shaker for only $7.99. I know just the Kindergarten teacher to gift this to. She totally deserves it!
While I love any kind of shopping, I find shopping in a store to be the best way to find those awesome gifts that you might not have thought of. If you're stumped, it's a great way to find fresh inspiration and to finish getting those last minute gifts. With great affordable prices T.J. Maxx, Marshalls and HomeGoods are the perfect stores to find gifts for everyone on your list!
