Recently, I took my baby boy on a New York City date. It was a gorgeously, picture-perfect Manhattan morning, and we trekked from Penn Station to Central Park to FAO Scwharz (can’t believe it’s closing!) back to Penn Station. We went on the train and the subway and hailed taxicabs and walked till my little one’s little legs couldn’t take it anymore. It was fun, but it was also equally exhausting. And I learned an important lesson: Next time I plan an epic “kid day”—bring a super lightweight and easy-to-handle umbrella stroller.
Sounds like I need the Baby Cargo Series 100 Umbrella Stroller... With lightweight, airy fabrics in bright and playful colors, the Series 100 boasts a metallic champagne frame that’s sleek and rust free. It’s compact, easy to fold and assemble, and the shoulder strap and handle make it a convenient and portable option for on-to-go adventures. A retractable sunshade keeps mini men and lil’ ladies safe from harmful UV rays, and the five-point safety harness with plush straps keeps Baby safe, secure, and well positioned.
There’s a smartphone window pocket at the top of the stroller—so Mom can answer a quick call on the move or play tunes for her pint-size passenger. A tailored designed back pocket and under-stroller cargo basket provide ample storage (for those FAO toy bags!), and a cup holder is perfect for Baby’s bottle or Mama’s Starbucks cup. The Series 100 even comes with a rain cover… because not every outing can be as picturesque as ours.
