We are hosting a few holiday dinner parties this year: two in December and one in the New Year. So, I'm scouring my cookbooks, recipe websites and food magazines for the easiest and tastiest recipes to serve.
One of the parties we'll be hosting is going for the girls. My oldest daughter is hosting an Ugly Holiday Sweater party and wanted some fun and kid-friendly recipes to serve. Popchips came up with these extremely fun, yummy (of course we taste-tested!) and different holiday snack appetizers — using Popchips! We're already fans of Popchips (they are usually in my daughter's lunchbags as a healthier alternative to fried chips) because they are all-natural and popped.
Pumpkin Pop-Pie with Popchips
This is a really tasty and fun take on this holiday dessert. This was actually my daughter's favorite out of the two!

1 teaspoon of pumpkin pie mix

Campfire Popwich with Popchips
Sticky, sweet and salty campfire Popwich! Who can say, "No" to s'mores? The best part is that you get a bit of saltiness from the Popchips.
2 sea salt popchips
1 toasted marshmallow
1 small chunk of chocolate
Now, how easy are these recipes? They take a few minutes to make and you can easily make a bunch at one time, so we will definitely be using these simple Popchip snack recipes at my daughter's Ugly Holiday Sweater party.
